Thank you for supporting a small business. I aim for customer happiness! If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me, and I will make it right!!

Each item is carefully handmade. I will remake an item within a reasonable time frame. Refunds will be made after it is determined the item cannot be re-made. 

Disclosure: Once items are out of my hands, it is no longer under my control. Please be aware your item is at the mercy of the postal service. I strive to keep my prices low, and this may mean longer delivery times. Feel free to contact me for an upgraded delivery service. The cost may increase, but I want to make my customers happy.
